1KV heat shrinkable intermediate joints use EVA materials that are soft and flame resistant, making them suitable insulation for a variety of cables with a voltage range of 0.6KV to 1KV.
Damages to the cable intermediate joints often is a result of sealing problems, which is why we use a three seal system, which includes the outer jacket seal, under sheath seal, and a seal on both ends of the inner insulating tubes. The insulating tubes are also lengthened to avoid surface creeping, and save the amount of insulating material needed in damp climates.
According to different internal cable structures, 5 intermediate joints, from 1 to 5 cores, are offered.
