Profile bending machines bend metal sheets into different shapes, including barrels, arcs, and more. We offer customized matching molds for processing a variety of circular flanges. Features

The rolls on both sides are driving rolls, though we can install 3 rolls upon customer request. We attached the upper roll position and moved the two side rolls for profile shaping.
Four rolls are driven using separate hydraulic motors, all of which feature a high rolling speed and precision.
The equipment is powered using a hydraulic mechanism with a displacement display, making it easy to control the forming process. The CNC carrier rolls and distortion correct mechanism make it ideal for rolling asymmetrical section profiles and double curved surface workpieces.
We provide customization services for the manufacturing of a variety of molds.
