The XHD-500 semi-automatic slitter rewinder is extensively used to slit stretch film, cast film or plastic wrap to required customer widths in a manner that is both efficient and safe. It turns unsuitable film into the right film, and improves both the tensile strength and puncture resistance, as well as ensure the appearance of the finished roll.
Features
- Cut wider stretch film rolls into narrower finished rolls with excellent edge
- Convert larger film rolls into smaller finished ones with perfect tightness by adjusting the belt and input pressure of the cylinder
- The unit adopts flat bell transmission to release the material and ensure consistent
line speed of rewinding and releasing rolls and reduce the elongation of finished film.
The friction force is controlled by the cylinder - Flexible adjustment, low noise, frequency control for speed, automatic metering
