Heatless Desiccant Air Dryer - SXD Series
The heatless regenerative desiccant dryer is designed for moisture removal from compressed air through heatless pressure swing adsorption (PSA). This system offers energy-efficient operation by eliminating the need for external heat sources during regeneration.
Developed through the integration of advanced international technologies and tailored to meet domestic application requirements, our heatless desiccant dryers deliver high-quality, oil-free, and moisture-free compressed air. Under standard operating conditions, these dryers achieve pressure dew points as low as -40°C, with performance extending to -70°C for critical applications. Ideal for industries demanding ultra-dry air, particularly suited for cold climates such as northern regions and environments with ambient temperatures below 0°C.
The heatless desiccant drying system features a twin-tower design where one tower operates under pressure to adsorb moisture from the compressed air. Simultaneously, a small portion of dried air is used to regenerate the desiccant in the alternate tower at slightly above atmospheric pressure. After a set period, the towers switch roles, ensuring a continuous supply of dry compressed air.
