How to judge the quality of high chrome alloy slurry pump impellers?
- Material requirements: The high chrome alloy impellers for slurry pumps were originally introduced from foreign brands, with the material grade known as A05, specifically KmTBCr26. It is commonly referred to as Cr26. In China, it is also called Cr27. This specification can be verified using a spectrometer.
- The HRC hardness of high chrome alloy impellers should be ≥56. This can be measured using a hardness tester.
- Weight: The wear resistance of the impeller is closely related to the thickness of various parts of the cast iron. Generally, a heavier impeller indicates stronger wear resistance.
