Note that all pellet mills available here are ring die pellet machines which are far superior to cheap flat die pellet presses. If you go for high quality pellets, a ring die configuration is essential!
Features of Pellet Mill
1. Uniquely designed feed hopper has the ability to maintain a consistent flow rate. Advanced feed mechanism is specially intended for compressing lightweight materials into pellets with specific weight ranging between 0.3 and 0.6g/cm3.
2. Made of stainless steel, the auger feed, material conditioner and discharge chute are durable, long-lasting.
3. Magnets are installed to remove iron that might be contained in the mixture. Overload protection provides maximum security and safety to the pellet press.
4. Auger feed allows for speed adjustment to increase or control your productivity according to fluctuating market demand.
5. Main transmission utilizes high-precision gear. Quick release clamps are used to fasten the ring die to the gear set. Gear-driven pellet machines generally deliver a 15% improvement in output over traditional belt-driven configurations.
6. Premium-quality bearing imports are from Japan, which ensure effective, stable and reliable power transmission.
7. World-class equipment and processes are used to construct the rugged alloy steel ring die. Pellets that have been pushed through the holes or slots around the circumference of the ring die present a smooth, attractive look.
