Air Cooler (Used for Cold Room)
Yanghu Refrigeration supplies air coolers specially used for cold rooms. Our air cooler takes up little space with its compact and lightweight structure. With its efficient and uniform storage temperature, the air cooler achieves quick cooling and greatly improves the freshness of stored food.
Our D-Series evaporative air coolers are produced based on our years of experience in designing and manufacturing cold rooms. Each of the DD-model, DL-model and DJ-model work for cold rooms needing different storage temperatures.
Model SelectionsThe DD-model air cooler is used in cold rooms with a storage temperature at about -18°C. The cold room stores meat, fish and other frozen food.

The DL-model air cooler is made for cold rooms with a storage temperature at about 0°C. This cold room stores fresh eggs, fruits, vegetables, tea, etc.

Advantages of the Air Cooler
1. Phosphorization and a secondary powder coating on this refrigeration equipment makes it easy to clean, beautiful and corrosion-resistant. Depending on customer preference, we make the shell of our air coolers from iron plates, galvanized plates, embossed aluminum plates, or stainless steel plates.
2. We offer two types of evaporators: θ12 and θ16. For each, the coils are arranged in such a way as to reduce side wind resistance and increase heat transfer efficiency.
3. This air-cooled equipment comes with a stable and quiet fan motor which has a large air volume. Different settings ensures the fan motor’s normal operation in moist environments or low temperatures. If required, we also offer explosion-proof motors.
4. All the connecting wires for our air cooler are placed in a junction box for easy installation and maintenance.
5. The grooved hanger on this refrigeration evaporator makes it easy to lift. We carry out a pressurized nitrogen treatment before delivery.
6. In order to defrost more efficiently, we install a U-shaped stainless steel electrical heating tube in the coil of the air cooler.
7. Our D-Series air coolers can be used together with different condensing units having a variety of refrigerating capacities.
