Dosing Scale
The dosing scale is the main equipment of batching system in our autoclaved aerated concrete line. It mainly comes in lime and cement dosing scale and slurry dosing scale. With the help of control system, it can timely control the flow of various materials and realize precise weighing, thus ensuring the dosing accuracy.
Features
1. Our dosing scale employs liquid level meter, ultrasonic detector, pressure measuring instrument and other devices to test the height difference of materials in the batching tank, calculate the storage volume and conduct effective weighing and control.
2. For lime and cement, it carries out weighing with automated control, ensuring high accuracy.
3. Automatic weighing and discharging considerably improves working efficiency and reduces labor intensity.
