In applications where low current control signals need to be transmitted from a stationary to a rotary device, the miniature capsule slip ring proves to be excellent fit time and again, in gigabit Ethernets, sensor signal transmission systems, USB circuits, Canbus, and Profibus, etc.
Also worth mentioning here, the miniature slip ring deliver a high level of flexibility in joining various power and signal circuits. Simply put, this rotary electrical joint allows both power and signal to flow through one sing. It also offers choices of circuit counts, allowable currents, sizes, rotational speeds, enclosure materials, and types of wire terminals.
