Airlay flexiloft system for coir fiber carding is mainly used to card the fibers processed by last process and process these fibers into uniform fiber web. For instance, the coir fiber processed by opener can be more smooth and more even after processed by coir fiber carding machine.

The main frame is welded by 10mm carbon steel plate and steel channel. Otherwise, the main frame receives special handling for reliving the stress totally.
The cylinder adopts claw spike board or specially made steel spike which do little damage to fibers, leading to low loss.
