Carding system for converting fiber batt into fiber web
In the nonwoven manufacturing process, double cylinder carding machine is used to convert fiber raw materials into a fiber web. Fiber mass is progressively carded into individual fibers through various carding sections on the carding machine, and then collected to form a fiber web. Double cylinder carding machines performs exceptionally well in carding low denier and ultra-fine fibers.
