Weld trimmers, planishers,end-cutting machine are basic welding slag handling equipment essential to the production of tubeless wheel rims.

Functions

Weld trimmers are used for removing any weld remaining on internal and external surfaces of the weld joint to flatten it.
Planishers are installed to smooth and reinforce the weld joint after slagging.
Side trimmers cut off leftover material on both ends of the weld joint.
The automatic loading and unloading device is an optional accessory to carry out automatic operation according to customer requirements.

Features:

Integrated design: Weld trimmers/planishers/side trimmers come with a single-piece design and share one hydraulic system. This reduces the number of operators and saves factory space.
Automatic feeding and discharging device: this features a 3-process and 4-location design to achieve automatic workpiece conveyance and ensures a high production efficiency.
As an optional part, the automatic feeding and discharging device has a split design, making it easy to switch between manual and automatic modes.
The cutter and die on the main machine are easy to disassemble, allowing users to quickly change the die and the production of different wheel rims.
