The Symons cone crusher is suitable for the crushing of various ores and rocks with medium hardness or above, and it can be used in metallurgical, architectural, hydropower, transportation, chemical, building materials, especially in large stone plants and mining crushing applications.

- Uniform product size: with the laminated crushing principle, the proportion of cubes in the products can be increased, and jagged stones will be reduced, so as to deliver more uniform product size.
- Protection device:
- (1) Symons cone crusher is sturdy, durable and reliable because of the main shaft in large diameter, heavy mainframe and independent thin oil lubrication system.
(2) Greatly reduces the shutdown time of the crusher while it is under load through quickly cleaned of the crushing cavity by hydraulic cleaning system.
(3) When the non-broken objects like iron blocks come into the crusher, the protection device will release them and reset the crusher automatically. - Easy to operate: all parts of the Symons cone crusher including concave and mantle could be removed from the upper and side, easy to be maintain.
- Low cost: production cost can be greatly reduced by large production capacity, high reliability and convenient maintenance.
- Safety: ensure the bearings lubrication and automatic safety protection of the crusher with the independent thin oil lubrication system.
- Dust-proof: prevent dust from entering the crusher with the help of dry oil seal, and effectively prolong the lubricate replacement cycle and parts service life.
- Concave: with the large distance between the stoke crushing cone and the concave, not only allow entering more materials, but also have larger discharging capacity, so as to speed up the passage of materials.
