1. Equipped with double stage rotors, this bio waste crusher can shred semi-wet materials into grains with the first stage rotors, which then transfer the materials to the second stage rotors which crush the material into a fine powder. The finished powder is then released at the outlet.
2. Designed with no mesh filters, this machine can be used to work with various materials with no risk of clogging. Even soaked materials can be shredded with no clogging or breakdowns.
3. It comes equipped with high-durability hammerheads made from premium alloys with advanced forging techniques, making the machine sturdy and wear resistant.
4. We have put into place an advanced, bi-directional gap adjustment technique, which enables the worn hammer to resume work by adjusting the position. By adjusting the space between the hammer and the lining plate, users can control the grain size of shredded materials.
5. This bio waste crushing machine is equipped with a centralized heating lubricating system that enables users to lubricate the machine without having to stop it.
