Application
1. Calcium chloride brine fits for completion, workover, perforating, gravel-packing and packer fluids with density of up to 11.67 lb/gal (1398kg/m3).
2. This single-salt clear brine is also commonly adopted for other purposes. For example, it could reduce formation damage caused by clay swelling, limit osmotic effect in non-aqueous fluid, work as the internal phase in non-aqueous fluid, work as cement accelerator or as a source of calcium in calcium inhibitive systems.

Safety and Handling
For safety considerations, personal protective equipment is highly recommended and actually it is a must. Before work, please refer to the precautions illustrated in the MSDS.
Packaging and Storage
Calcium chloride brine is packed in 200L HDPE drum or 1000L IBC tote tank.
The drum or container should be closed, and then placed at a dry, well-ventilated area that is away from heat, sparks, flames and incompatible materials. For palletizing, banding, shrink-wrapping and stacking operations, please follow safe warehousing practices.
