Battering Machine (Batter Dipper)
The battering machine fully immerses products in batter to coat them, making it suitable for tempura, poultry, seafood, vegetables, and similar foods. The system uses a combination of a batter curtain and a bottom tray to achieve uniform and consistent batter application.
