2000mm~3000mm Hydraulic Metal Plate Rolling and Bending Machine
The 3-roller hydraulic plate rolling machine has 3 symmetrically-arranged rolls. Its upper roller is located at center of two lower rollers and is directly driven by dual hydraulic cylinders to perform vertical movement. The output gear mounted on the main speed reducer is used to mesh the gears on the 2 lower rolls for rotatory motion so as to provide torque for the plate. With the pressure exerted by the upper roller and the rotary motion of the lower rollers, the metal plate placed among the three working rollers will be bent continuously and finally come into a permanent plastic deformation. In this way we will get the plate with required shapes such as cylinder, taper cylinder or arc, etc. Disadvantage of this kind of hydraulic plate rolling machine is that the end of plate could not be bent in advance, but it can realize that when checking the roundness. With a motion detector and a digital meter for the upper roller, operators will be able to directly observe the position of the roller, helping to improve the working efficiency dramatically.

- Induction hardened rolls are forged from high-tensile carbon steel. The rolls are given heat treatment and then submitted to non-destructive structural control
- Digital display is adopted for all rolls
- Heavy duty steel welded heavy frame without stress
- All control operations are done with an independent control console
- Hydraulic drop end is employed for the convenience of removing cylinder
- Movement and parallelism adjustment of the rollers are controlled with panel
- Side and central supporters are set for large sheet metal diameters
- Polished rolls
- Cone rolling attachment
- Material feed table
- Mobile control panel
- Oil cooling system
- Automatic lubrication system
