2000mm~6000mm Upper Roller Metal Plate Rolling and Bending Machine
This kind of plate rolling machine with a universal upper roll is characterized in that it can pre-bend the plates and its upper roller can move either vertically or horizontally. When the hydraulic oil in hydraulic cylinders arranged at both ends of the upper rollers is applied on pistons, the roller will move vertically to apply pressure on the plate and deform it. Pre-bending process upon the plate will be realized with the upper roller's horizontal movement which is powered by motor and speed reducer. As the main driving parts, both the 2 lower rollers are designed to perform rotary motion to provide torque for rolling plate.
The upper roller universal rolling machine can pre-bend the ends of plate with one time loading. It can roll cylindrical, conical and arc, and other types of workpieces. To improve the production capacity we have employed the PLC system for this plate bending machinery.
The standard rolls are forged using 42CrMo alloy steel and have undergone high frequency heat treatment at HRC45 or above for maximum surface hardness. Especially on the top roll, it comes with cambering design for compensating during rolling.
