Vertical gearmotor speed reducers are easy to connect to the input flange and output shaft, making it easy for customers to choose motors from different brands to meet their specific needs.

The CVM Gearmotor Speed Reducer installation is a vertical method: the speed reducer and the motor are closely connected through the flange plate. It can be widely used in different automatic production line equipment and conveying equipment including woodworking machinery, textile printing and dyeing machinery, light industrial machinery, food packaging and printing electronic equipment, paper products machinery, rubber machinery, chip conveyor, sand blasting machines and more.

Features:

The internal gear is precisely hobbed, with gear precision reaching 1-2 grades, reducing noise levels from engine operation.
The gear is treated with high-frequency induction hardening, giving it the proper thickness and an excellent bearing capacity.
This series of gearmotor speed reducers are compact in structure, with a minimum length of 155mm and a minimum height of 122mm, saving space and making them easy to install.
The body is made of aluminum alloy die casting with an excellent heat dissipation, moisture resistance, waterproof and dustproof performance.
