Belt Over Roller Conveyor
The belt over roller conveyor, also called gypsum board forming belt, is installed after the gypsum board forming machine. It typically consists of two sections of belt conveyorand a roller bed. It is used for initial setting and conveying of the gypsum board delivered from forming machine.
The length of the belt over roller conveyor is designed according to the production capacity of gypsum board production line. The conveying system is driven by a variable frequency motor.
The first section of belt conveyor is made up of the paper carrying rolls, smoothening unit, edge trimming unit, water spraying unit, belt washing system and the belt tensioning unit. Alignment system and belt tension system are available for both sections of belt conveyors.
The roller is usually engineered from chrome plated carbon steel. According to client-side demands, we can also design and produce belt over roller conveyors with stainless steel or rubber coated carbon steel rollers.
In order to better meet clients’ quality demands, we recommend clients to buy the rubber belt by themselves. Upon request, we can also supply belts made in China.
