Concrete Mixer Truck
The JAC concrete mixer truck is a simplified concrete transport truck that can be equipped with a variety of chassis based on different requirements for volume. Volumes include 6m³, 7m³, 8m³, 9m³, 10m³, 12m³ and 14m³. The specifications of the chassis are 4×2, 6×4 and 8×4.
Applications
The JAC cement mixer truck transports and mixes concrete. Mixing during transport prevents cement from hardening and maintains the cement's quality.
Drive system
The hydraulic drive system comes equipped with configurations imported from Germany and Italy; it features concise layout, reliable operation and a low error rate.
Water supply system
The simplified water supply system uses pressurization to save power and reduce the vehicle's weight.
Mixing drum
A pear-shaped mixing drum has double spiral curved blades. Different blades in different cone sections fully mix and improve the concrete. The mixing drum is easy to fill with a small angle of inclination for a low center of gravity for the truck, enhancing the driving stability and making it easy to dispense hard concrete. This simplified mixing drum is made of a high quality 16Mn steel plate that extends the drum's service life.
Control handle
This concrete truck comes equipped with control handles under the driver's seat and at the rear left and right sides which control the direction and speed of the mixing drum. These control handles make the drum easy to operate, safe and reliable. Multi-point manipulation is available.
Material feeding and discharging mechanism
The concrete mixer truck consists of a material feeding hopper, a material discharging hopper, a discharge chute, and a luffing mechanism. The discharge chute has a 180° horizontal rotation to accommodate materials being discharged from different locations.
Paint spraying
Sprayed with two layers of polyurethane varnish, the tank has a uniform coating with a durable glossy sheen.
