SC-220II screw driving robot adopts 4-axis precise stepper motor, double-platform structure and double XY axis design. This greatly improves productivity and ensures consistent quality of processed parts. The machine is widely used for screw fastening on electronic products.

Characteristics

Adopting single-screwdriver-head double-platform structure, the screw driving robot can fasten screws on products of two different specifications.
Equipped with universal fixture, the robot has high flexibility and can be used in various types of products.
Screws of M1.0-M4.0 can be fastened using this machine by replacing screw conveyer, suction nozzle and screwdriver bit.
The screw driving robot is compact in size and is easy to pair with a production line. Automatically pick and tighten screws, greatly improve working efficiency.
The double XY-axis design can realize the alternate operation and eliminate the time of picking and placing products, which maximize the production efficiency.
