Sainty’s history began in 1995 and since then, we have been focusing in aluminum profiles machining and had produced aluminum products up more than 300 series and 10,000 specifications and above. The thickness of our aluminum profiles ranges between 0.5mm-30mm and its external diameter ranges between 10mm-650mm. As such, Sainty has accumulated extensive experience to provide you with products with customized dimensions, shape and performance.
We have strict quality control system and are awarded the ISO90001 certification. The product quality meets the national TS16949 standards. We keep 6000 tons of commonly used aluminium profiles in stock throughout the year to provide you with aluminum profile consists of various specifications, usage and surface treatment in time.
Our company is equipped with 18 aluminum extrusion lines and urface treatment can be performed in the final stage after extrusion to enhance its corrosion and wear resistance as welll as its appearance.extrusion machines with tonnages ranging from 600 - 6400 tons to fulfill the market various needs. We design based on the profile section before producing the die and extrude the heated round bar from die via extruder. In addition, air quenching and artificial aging process will be conducted for aluminum alloy that allows heat treatment.
