Carton Stitching Machine
Stitching machines are used in carton machinery manufacturing. This machinery is mainly used for single pieces of corrugated cardboard and stapling. To meet the needs of different varieties, we have different production requirements for food, cotton and other export product packaging needs, making it ideal carton equipment. We have fully automatic and semi-automatic stitching machines for customers to choose from.
The automatic stitching machine is controlled using a computer, allowing the size to be adjusted within three to five minutes, according to customer operations. It is an easy and effective solution for reducing manual labor efforts, and is widely used in carton manufacturing.
The semi-automatic stitching machine works at a speed of 600 needles/minute, while both the upper and lower head screws work together to improve the working efficiency in creating home appliance boxes, motorcycles and other large cardboard boxes. The sizes can be customized according to customer requirements.
The computerized single head stitcher has been resized to be able to complete 999 orders on both sides of the machine. With a side fence for force correction, the carton is less prone to mistakes.
Transmission and operation of the entire semi-automatic stitching machine uses two servo drive motors to drive the feeding portion of the machine operation, mechanical portions, needle head portion and the rear portion of the shutter drive. The mechanical tailgate is easily and directly adjustable using touch screen operation.
