Automatic Stitching Machine
The automatic stitching machine is controlled using a computer, allowing the size to be adjusted within three to five minutes, according to customer operations. It is an easy and effective solution for reducing manual labor efforts, and is widely used in carton manufacturing.
Features and Functions
1.The machine is completely computer controlled, which makes it easy to operate. It can store 1,000 orders at a time.
2.Bottomless cartons with a cover box can be stitched (must be specifically ordered).
3.Readjusting the size is easy, and takes only 3-5 minutes.
4.The servo motor powers the nail head. The head is a swinging head, and its mechanical speed reaches 1,000 needles/minute.
5.The feeding portion of the machine uses a lead edge feeding belt to make sure the carton stays straight.
6.The feed side lapping device feeds the paper smoothly to the stitching machine.
7.The feed is also controlled using a servo motor, ensuring the needle head is stable and accurate.
8.The machine is equipped with a verifying unit, which ensures there is no fish tail, giving the carton its neat appearance.
9.The machine can use needles in a single screw or twin screw process, making for a more efficient single round completion process.
10.It can stitch 3 or 5 layer cartons, (please specify upon ordering). This machine is the required machine for 7 layer cartons.
11.The stacking quantitative output is automatic.
12.Customers can choose to have the machine outfitted with a bundling machine.
13.This machine can use multiple needles simultaneously.
Each Profile
1.Feeding Part: Frequency control of the motor speed, vacuum adsorption belt front, side belt device. Each aspect ensures the paper stays straight.
2.Folding Part: The folding process has a significant advantage in its folding device. The folding device is equipped with a creasing wheel for secondary creasing, giving the folded carton a more aesthetically pleasing appearance. After the folding process, a verifying unit will be used to adjust the carton shape before it is stitched together, ensuring the carton has no fish tail.
3.Stitching Part: The stitching machine’s head is made of a special material that makes it wear resistant and not easily damaged. The nail speed can reach 1,000 needles/minute. This machine is known for its ability to operate 4 needles under a single nose, which is twice the efficiency of other models on the market today. The stitching aspect can control the nose any time under 1, 2, or 3 needles. It can be used to strengthen nails, and nail heads to the tail glue. The needles on the four wheels are used for a 50kg automatic wire feeding, which reduces wire feeding time.
4.Counting and Stacking Parts: According to the parameters set on the computer, automatic counting and automatic correction are carried out.
5.Auto Bundling Part: From the counting of the stacking cartons in a crib, to the automatic baling at the front end, a 90 degree turn and reentering of the code into the baling machine will put the cartons together in bundles. The machine can bundle in sets of 10 or sets of 2.
