The fire rated UL263 tested recessed lights are ideal replacements for traditional residential lighting. Vertex owns the patent for the structural design of these special downlights.
In the event of a fire, the UL263 tested recessed lights prevent fires from spreading to other floors through the ceiling cutouts around the light. This saves time, giving fire fighters more time to fight the fire and for residents to get out.
Vertex also has recessed ceiling downlights with a smart spring, which helps installation for recessed lights on the American market.
