Air suction vents circulate hot air around the popping chamber of the popcorn machine, allowing heat to be evenly distributed.

A thick Plexiglass door is used to prevent popcorn from too much exposure to humidity, sunlight and corrosion. The door also serves as a sound barrier that muffles the sound so your customers can enjoy their meals and conservations without being disturbed by the noise of the popcorn machine. We’ve even run a destructive test on the glass door, striking the door repeatedly with a hammer, and having a 65 kg adult jump on it. All attempts to damage the glass have proved unsuccessful, demonstrating its toughness.

The three sides that encase the popcorn machine are made of ultra-thick toughened glass. The tempered glass, when broken under external stress, fractures into hundreds of small particles rather than large, sharp pieces, thereby reducing the chance for injury. Tempered glass has 3 to 5 times the impact strength as well as the bend strength of ordinary glass in the same thickness. The handles can work well under dramatic temperature changes of up to 300°C.
