A chocolate enrobing machine is designed to coat food products with liquid chocolate. Its main components include a coating bowl, rotating wheel, coating system, and conveyor belt. Simply connect the machine to power, place chocolate blocks into the coating bowl, and set the temperature to 36°c to melt the chocolate. Then, cool it to 27°c before reheating to 32°c for tempering. Once the chocolate is ready, place food items on the enrobing belt, and collect the coated products onto trays or containers.

We provide both small commercial and industrial chocolate enrobing machines. Small models have capacities of 8kg, 15kg, 30kg, and 60kg per batch. Industrial models feature belt widths of 400mm, 600mm, 900mm, and 1200mm.
