The artificial marble basin adopts unsaturated resin and natural microlite powder as raw materials and comes with new type imported resin gelcoat. The raw materials, after one time casting molding and high temperature roasting as well as manual grinding and polishing processes, provides the basin with appearance quality and strength comparable with ceramic basins. In addition, our artificial marble basin has advantages over ceramic one that it has additional advantages such as good ductility, impact resistance and repairability.

The wood board for making our European style bathroom cabinet is E1 class medium density fiberboard. The MDF board is environmental friendly and has good physical properties and uniform inner structure. So, our bathroom cabinets made using the MDF have good dimensional stability and very small deformation even when there are variations in ambient humidity, temperature, etc.

In order to assure eco friendly and users’ health, our European style bathroom cabinet is coated with PU paint which is formaldehyde-free, nontoxic and radiation-free. The waterproof function of the coating and baking finish technology make the cabinet durable.

The mirror cabinet, one part of our European style bathroom cabinet, is made using aluminum magnesium alloy and is given high temperature powder coating surface treatment. Stainless steel angle brackets and blind rivets for parts connection and fastening effectively extend the service life of our bathroom cabinets. The mirror cabinet door has its edges wrapped by aluminum alloy and both door sides are mirrored. The edge wrapping can protect the mirror from damages, and Blum hinges allow users to open and close the door conveniently, quietly, and smoothly. The high quality mirror offers high surface flatness and presents a non-distorted image to allow users to discover their true reflection. The mirror light mounted at the upper part of the square shaped mirror offers high brightness and aesthetical design. The built-in European standard socket assures high safety and adjustable glass shelves make our bathroom cabinet flexible in use and multifunctional.

For instance, its superior quality soft close hinges allow doors to be opened and closed quietly and smoothly. The super smooth drawer slides and reinforced rollers are silent and durable, and the nickel plating for the connection joints further assures durability. The cabinet handles are all made of 304 stainless steel. Blum brand cabinet hangers offer high bearing capability and three dimensional adjustment function, making the bathroom cabinet convenient and easy for installation.
