Compared with mechanically driven bulldozer, our hydraulic crawler dozer, as a sort of construction machinery, has stronger power. It is designed with a semi-rigid suspension mechanism, a hydraulic transmission system and a hydraulic servo control system. The control system adopts ergonomic design and is easy to operate.

Features
1. Our hydraulic crawler dozer is powerful and eco-friendly since it employs Cummins turbocharged engine which is equipped with an air-to-air intercooler and conforms to China Stage II emission standard.
2. The motor silencer of our crawler dozer does not have an injecting device. Additionally, we enlarge the exhaust diameter and reduce the exhaust pressure of the engine to help reduce fuel consumption.
3. The power shift gearbox allows the operator to shift gear swiftly without stopping the engineering vehicle.
4. The hydraulic torque converter is of simple structure and stable performance.
5. The working devices of our tracked heavy machine can be easily controlled by a single lever.
6. Centralized pressuring measuring mechanism and lubrication mechanism make our crawler dozer convenient to maintain.
7. The lift cylinder is hinged and front-mounted. Therefore, it has high working efficiency and facilitates daily maintenance of the engine and radiator.
8. Multi-way valve and hydraulic oil tank are installed separately, making heat dissipation more efficient and machine maintenance easier.
9. Imported Murphy instruments and waterproof, dustproof plug connectors are used in our crawler dozer.
10. Our tracked heavy machine employs maintenance-free battery.
