This temperature control unit supports applications with injection mold temperatures of 120℃ and 160℃, allowing for efficient heating adapted to various plastic properties. The heating system operates through two independent circuits by which heat transfer fluids of different temperatures pass through.
Features:
- Single stage pump is adopted to save power and space
- Adopting Italian brand MERI hot water pump to provide high pressure and reduce the temperature difference
- Japan OMRON thermostat, equipped with touch screen PID control panel
- Separate design of control box prevents the entering of water, oil and air
- Pipes are produced from stainless steel
- Fault indication function is available, no professionals required for maintenance
