Universal Testing Machine (Dual Column) GT-K01
The GT-K01 dual-column universal testing machine performs a wide range of mechanical evaluations, including tensile, compression, bending, and shearing tests. This versatile testing system is suitable for a variety of materials such as rubber, plastic, leather, metal, fabric, paper, packaging and construction materials. It is a basic test equipment for quality control, receiving inspection, physical test, mechanics research, and material development.

- Universal grips
Usually, we will provide a set of manual grips as standard accessories. But, the fixture can be customized as needed.
- Fix bolt for manual upper/lower limit
Used to manually set the upper stroke limit switch of the machine.
- Punctuation elongation fixture
Used to punctuate the elongation fixture.
- Scale
Used to mark the calibration position for the extension clamp.
- Fix pin
Used to secure the frame for the punctuate elongation fixture and adjust its position (when start or stop).
- Emergency stop

- Remote controller
Can be used for doing some simple operation, such START / STOP running, controlling of fixture up/down going.

- Control system: using Pulse Command control for improved accuracy and ease of operation

- Intermediate plate adjustment provides both rapid coarse and slow fine tuning
- The material test machine automatically returns to the starting position and saves test data after testing
- Data transmission mode: RS232 interface
- This universal testing instrument supports multiple control modes including constant speed, precise positioning, constant power, constant stroke, and multi-level control to meet general testing requirements
- Testing space with a 400mm standard test width
- Extensive testing space: 1200mm of plate travel (excluding fixture), customizable to meet specific height requirements
- Full movement travel: encoder resolution 1800 P/R for 4-time increased positional accuracy
- LINE DRIVE encoder with exceptional anti-interference ability and 0.001mm resolution
- Safety protection: this material test machine is configured with overload emergency stop, upper/lower stroke limit switches, automatic leakage protection, and a break-point auto-stop function
