Four column hydraulic press are widely used in wheel disc and rim, and lock ring/flange ring manufacturing to carry out forming, planishing, expansion, punching, feeding, and other processes. Based on machine features, they are also used for strengthening, blanking (optional buffer device), bending, flanging, cold extruding, and other metal material punching processes simply by switching to different tools. Other functions include levelling, press-fitting, powder compression forming, abrasive product forming, and formation of plastic products and insulating materials.

Features

The 3-beam and 4 post structure is both economical and practical.
The hydraulic control uses a cartridge valve integrated system, thereby reducing leak points and guaranteeing a reliable operation and long service life.
Two forming processes are achievable: fixed-stroke and fixed-pressure. This ensures pressure maintenance and time delay, with an adjustable time delay.
The working pressure and stroke are adjustable within the specified range.
Button centralized control is used.
For steel wheel rim flaring and expanding processes, a press with the corresponding tonnage is used.
