The CFM-04 pharmaceutical counting and bottle filling machine is suitable for packaging a variety of tablets, hard capsules, soft capsules, pills and other solid dose products in the pharmaceutical, food, supplement, candy and household chemical industries.

- Modular design, independent electrical control for each module, servo driven feeding;
- 3-level vibrating for size segregation, electronic counting, servo filling;
- Improved slope design of hopper helps reduce load on the vibrating disc; linear servo motor enables the materials to be discharged uniformly, ensuring stable operation of vibrating disc;
- 3-level vibrating disc utilizes German vibrator, which ensures steady vibration and fast response, and it is made of hard anodized aluminum which is light, abrasion resistant and easy to disassembly and clean;
- Airtight seal completely prevents dust from entering vibrating chamber;
- Dust collection system removes dust from hopper, vibrating disc and photocell eye, meeting GMP requirements;
- Beckhoff motion control system with EtherCAT protocol, providing stable operation at a high speed;
- Motorized height adjustment to accommodate various bottle sizes;
- Quick tool-less changeover for feed screws and filling nozzles, less than 10 minutes for changeover;
- Transparent tempered glass door, stainless steel and aluminum construction, ensuring operation safety and easy cleaning;
- Human-machine operation system with 12-inch screen;
- Optional vision camera inspection and rejection system;
