NJPG series capsule filling machine is a fully automatic encapsulation machine with containment designed to provide rapid and safe filling of hard capsules containing highly active substances of high potency, toxicity or allergenicity. A negative pressure isolator system adopts advanced German containment technology, achieving a containment level of OEB4.
The entire capsule filling process of empty capsule feeding and separating, powder feeding and filling, unqualified capsule ejecting, cap and body closing, finished capsule discharging, as well as machine cleaning is carried out in a closed and confined environment, this aims at ensuring both product and operator safety.
- The containment capsule filler can accommodate any tasks from clinical trials to batch outputs by simply changing molds;
- CIP cleaning system with cleaning spray head, the containment cabin is completely isolated from outer environment;
- Designed with multiple curved surfaces and inclination angles, lower position drain port for water draining, allowing for easy cleaning;
- Unique empty capsule feeding mechanism realizes handling within closed area;
- Easy and safe replacement of filter cartridges, due to the adoption of Bag-In Bag-Out and Push-Push methods;
- Rapid transfer ports (RTP) or continuous liner is selectable for safe material transferring;
- The negative pressure isolator system works in conjunction with advanced aseptic containment technique;
