Alloy Steel Reducer Pipe Fittings (Concentric Reducer, Eccentric Reducer)
Alloy steel reducer pipe fittings are usually used to connect two lengths of pipe with different diameters in shipping and oceanographic engineering. With 35 years experience in production of alloy steel reducer, our company is fully capable of producing both concentric and eccentric reducers with alloy steel of different specifications through hot press forming process based on customers’ specific requirements.
Common alloy steel features great tenacity, thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity. It could also be a kind of carbon steel which is alloyed with other alloying elements to improve its various properties, including abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance and low temperature resistance, etc. The properties will vary depending on the alloying element types and percentages. As a kind of alloy steel, low temperature service steel, is specifically used for production of pipe fittings applied in circumstances with temperature ranging between -20 and -253℃.
Sample Exhibition 1. Seamless alloy steel reducerWe are capable of making use of seamless alloy steel pipes of different specifications to manufacture seamless reducer pipe fittings with various calibers through a process where elbow hot forming press and medium frequency induction heating mandrel are utilized.
2. Large size alloy steel reducerWe are able to produce alloy steel reducer pipe fittings with the maximum caliber as 100 inches(DN600) through placing alloy steel plates into related molds for compression forming via hydraulic press and then conducting butt welding to attach these formed pieces together.
3. Forged alloy steel reducerThrough forging process, our factory can also manufacture alloy steel socket weld reducer or threaded reducer.
Recommended ApplicationsAn extensive use of alloy steel fittings can be found in the following industries:
- Petrochemical industry: Oil refining, ethylene, coal to oil, coal to olefins and other projects.
- Natural gas industry: LNG ships, LNG terminals, and natural gas pipeline projects.
- Power station industry: In thermal power plant, the water pipeline used for supercritical units, circulating fluidized beds, power generation boilers, steam turbines, generators and other equipment.
- Machinery and equipment manufacturing industry: Equipment structures such as pressure vessel, heat exchanger, fluid control, hydraulic transmission, instrumentation and others.
- Shipbuilding, papermaking and machinery manufacturing industry: A large number of alloy steel pipe fittings are needed in the manufacturing process.
