Industrial Blower

An axial blower operates by drawing air parallel to the axis of rotation through the fan. The blades of the fan rotate around the central axis, creating a pressure differential that provides the necessary suction to facilitate airflow through the fan. Axial blowers are known for their high flow rate but produce relatively low air pressure. They require low power, making them energy-efficient and cost-effective. Additionally, they are easy to disassemble for maintenance, have few wearable parts, and are highly suitable for applications requiring large air circulation and high power.

Key Parameters

Axial blower offers a wide range of flow adjustments:

  • Single-stage high-speed blower

    Flow range from 20 to 900 m³/min

  • D-type high-speed blower

    Flow range approximately from 100 m³/min to 6000 m³/min.

  • S-type high-speed blower

    Flow range from 700 to 6000 m³/min

Applications

Air, nitrogen, exhaust gas, flue gas, sulfur dioxide

Features
  • The centrifugal impeller utilizes a semi-open mixed-flow design, achieving an insulation efficiency of up to 86%. This design not only enhances the product's energy efficiency but also facilitates easy assembly and maintenance, while minimizing the wear on components.
  • The gearbox and all lubrication system components are consolidated within the blower unit, optimizing its space utilization and simplifying installation and maintenance processes.
