Conductive Bulk Bag, Type D
Type D conductive bulk bag, also called Type D FIBC is known for its anti-static or static dissipative characteristic. It does not require grounding during use and can be used in combustible and flammable environments with minimum ignition energy below 3mJ. The minimum distance of the jumbo bag to ground is 1m.

Type D conductive bulk bags are made from antistatic woven fabrics using antistatic sewing threads according to the principle of corona discharge. Semi-conductive wires are knitted on the fabric in parallel with each other, and static dissipative materials are coated.
Attentions
Being cautious is a must when using the Type D big bags in combustible and explosive environments. It is not always effective that the ungrounded bulk bag can eliminate static through corona discharge. If this function fails, voltage will rise to several kilovolts which likely generates spark and results in danger.
