Vacuum Annealing Furnace
Vacuum Heat Treatment Furnace
Annealing is a critical metal heat treatment process that involves slowly heating the metal to a specific temperature, maintaining it for a designated period, and then cooling it at a controlled rate. This process aims to:
- Reduce hardness, improving machinability and cutting performance
- Relieve residual stress, stabilizing dimensions and minimizing the risk of deformation and cracking
- Refine Grain Structure: enhancing material uniformity and eliminating structural defects
Our vacuum annealing furnace is designed for precise annealing processes under vacuum or inert gas protection, ensuring high-quality surface finishes and enhanced material properties.
