Compact Substations
Compact substations mainly consist of two types: combined transformer (also known as American compact substation) and prefabricated substation (also known as European compact substation).
The combined transformer means a combination and assembly of transformer, switchgear, fuse, tap changer and other auxiliary equipment.
The prefabricated substation is comprised of these following parts: enclosure, power transformer, high-voltage switchgear and control device, low-voltage switchgear and control equipment, low-voltage and high-voltage internal wirings, auxiliary equipment and circuit.
For the purpose of superior quality, we adopt many good materials and advanced techniques. The base of compact substation is welded from channel steel. Each part of our substations is processed with coating, thus featuring anti-rust and anti-ultraviolet. The compact substation can perfectly coordinate with the surroundings, thanks to its small size, compact structure and beautiful looking. In addition, our product has passed all type tests, safe and secure. The adopted flame retardant materials provide a good fire resistance performance.

Structure
The enclosure of our compact substation utilizes polystyrene board or glass fiber cement.
The enclosure could be painted with beautiful picture to match well with the environment.
The hook design makes it easy and simple to install.
The protection grade of the enclosure has reached IP43.

High Voltage Switchgear
Our high voltage switchgear is equipped with a ring main unit, which has an excellent protective performance. The ring main unit consists of various parts and components, including load switch, fuss, grounding switch, arrester, voltage transformer, to name a few.
We provide two types of ring main unit: SF6 insulated gas isolated ring main unit and ring main unit with fused switch.
Our high voltage switchgear is featured by high reliability, easy operation and exceptional security.

Low Voltage Switchgear
The capacity of the breaker in low voltage switchgear is up to 3,200A (automatic or manual draw-out type)
Our switchgear has the whole functions of low voltage switchgear and can hold metering box, switch cabinet, capacitor, etc.
On the top of switchgear is installed with instrument and metering box. The middle and bottom is equipped with automatic air switch, arrester and voltage transformer. The capacitor box can complete compensation by manually or automatically control. The measuring box and switch cabinet are usually installed in one. In order to ensure a high quality, we choose famous brands for all parts and components.

Transformer
The capacity of our transformer is designed up to 1,600kVA.
The widely applied transformers are oil immersed transformer with corrugated fins or radiators and vacuum cast resin transformer.
On top of the transformer is automatic temperature controlled exhaust fan. It can set the controlled temperature according to the actual working condition. The oil level can be observed through the oil level indicator or the mirror. The transformer room has an observe window, avoiding entering the transformer room and causing some troubles by mistake.
