Environmental Test Chamber for Stress Screening

Environmental test chambers for stress screening are used to test the reliability of products, components and material in high and low temperatures, and environments with a high moisture content or high degree of humidity. The test is most often an ESS test for electronics and electro-technical products. The test chamber features a large structure, and is comprised of 3 parts: the heat retaining tank, isolated refrigeration unit, and electrical cabinet.

Features

  • Users can choose from 3 rapid temperature changing rates: 5°C/min, 10°C/min, 15°C/min and 20°C/min. These rates can also be customized to meet customer requirements.
  • A strong and reliable structural design ensures the machine reliability.
  • The procedure room is built using an SU304 stainless steel that is highly corrosion resistant, fatigue resistant, and has a long service life.
  • The temperature layer uses high density polyurethane foam with an excellent heat insulation performance.
  • This testing chamber has undergone a plastic spray surface treatment, giving it a smooth appearance and a long service life.
  • A high quality and heat resistant silicon rubber sealing strip ensures the door is perfectly sealed.
  • A large electrical heating viewing window will not collect condensation, and thus, offers a clearly visible observation area.
  • Using environmental friendly refrigerants.
