Solvent combined laminator adopts organic solvents and adhesives to laminate two or multiple types of webs together, creating a single flexible laminate after drying process.

Applicable substrate: rolls of plastic film, paper, aluminum foil.
Solventless laminator uses solvent-free adhesives to laminate together two or multiple types of webs, this brings an energy-saving, eco-friendly and more efficient lamination process.

Industrial roll laminators are typically used to joint together webs from same or different materials by means of coating and thermal lamination techniques. They are applicable to accomplish duplex lamination, triplex lamination or multilayer lamination, such as BOPP and PET laminated films, film and foil laminates, etc. A wide range of flexible packaging laminates can be produced, including BOPP, CPP, PET, PE, nylon, aluminum foil and other various films composed of a multilayer structure.
