The inner wire control cable is made of 304 or 316 stainless steel wire processed with galvanization technology. It is generally used as the brake cable and control cable for automobile, motorcycle, bicycle, and special purpose vehicle. Compared with regular steel wire rope, our automobile control cable has smoother surface, higher strength, bigger breaking force, better perpendicularity, and longer fatigue life.
To improve the product quality, we particularly introduce a series of production equipment for manufacturing first class inner wire control cable, including wire drawing machine, steel wire stranding machine, and cable twisting machine. The galvanized cable can take place of the imported commodity.
