  • In the automotive industry, high-temperature resistant nylon is gradually replacing traditional engineering plastics and some metal materials. For example, the development and manufacturing of components made of high-temperature resistant nylon materials, chain tensioners in the engine area, various housings, sensors, connectors, and switches.
  • In the electronics field, high-temperature resistant nylon has been successfully applied in connectors, circuit breakers, windings, SMD components, micro switches, motor components, computers and peripherals, communications, electrical products, and household appliances.
  • Furthermore, high-temperature resistant nylon materials are also required in applications such as water treatment, nano-injection molding (NMT), and engine peripherals.
Features
  • The combination-style chamber plate structure is convenient for on-site assembly and relocation. The interior and exterior walls of the chamber are made of cold-rolled steel plates, treated with electrostatic paint, with a 100mm high-temperature foam insulation layer sandwiched in between.
  • The floor is made of non-slip pattern steel plates to ensure easy access for carts.
  • Double-layer aging-resistant silicone sealing strips are used to ensure the air-tightness of the test area. The single-door structure is equipped with internal and external handles.
  • Moisture-proof lighting fixtures (high-temperature resistant, explosion-proof) are installed on the top of the chamber. The equipment is internally equipped with special axial fans, air ducts, heaters, evaporators, and dehumidifying evaporators.
  • The equipment is fully controlled via a touchscreen for easy operation.
