1. LCD Human to Machine Interface
The system comes with a small LCD interface that displays the open degree of the door, operating time, and other related codes.
2. Absolute Limit Control
The absolute encoder is a key component in full range limit control technology. The N series control system uses a single turn encoder, providing a power-off memory function and identification functions. The absolute encoder also has no accumulative errors, a problem common among traditional encoders. The absolute encoder guarantees an average precision of 1mm.
3. Frequency Modulation
The speed of the sectional door can be adjusted, and there is no need to reset the limit switch.
4. Functional Port
The input port is responsible for door opening/closing, door stop, security protection, sensors, manual switch, one key startup/shutdown, interlock input and external fault inputs. The output port is responsible for interlock output and fault output.
5. Reliable Drive System
The drive system is comprised of a number of individual parts: the CPU chips are high performance 32 bit DSP chips from the American company TI, and the peripheral interface circuit utilizes Toshiba optical coupler isolation technology and supports hot plugging. The power modules are IPM modules and inverter modules from Infineon, while the drive system ensures the industrial door control system operates normally for at least 200,000 cycles.

With the application of an IPM module, the sectional door operator achieves an intelligent control and protection. Along with the SPWM drive method, a smooth start up and stop function are provided, extending the service life of mechanical transmission components.
