High Speed Door Control System (SHD1000)
This type of door control system is comprised of the motor and control cabinet, and features a large LCD display, state of the art, full range absolute limit control, digital encoding and memory functions. The default speed is 0/8m/s, but the system can be customized as per customer requirements.

Main display parameters include the open degree of the door, operating time, and malfunction operations. The interface also monitors the internal system and external signals (radar, security protection and button), which reduces labor costs and increases the efficiency.
2. Full Range Absolute Limit Control
The multi-turn absolute encoder is the main supporting hardware in full range limit control technology, and is the updated version of a single turn absolute encoder and incremental encoder with electronic limit control and digital encoding.
3. Frequency Modulation
The speed of the sectional door can be adjusted, and there is no need to reset the limit switch.
4. Human-Vehicle Identification
Equipped with radar, the control system automatically identifies incoming objects and will open the door to the required height.
5. Multifunctional Ports
The input port is responsible for door opening/closing, security protection, door stopping, manual switching, sensors, one key start/stop, interlock input and external fault output. The output port is required for interlock output and fault output.
6. Professional Drive Circuit Board Hardware
With the use of a professional drive circuit board, traditional problems that occur in PLC, frequency converter and incremental encoders are resolved. Some of these problems fixed include the response time of the safety switch, accumulative errors of the encoder, and bad contact of the PLC and encoder.
7. Excellent Drive System
The CPU chips are high performance, 32-bit DSP chips from the American company TI. The peripheral interact circuit utilizes Toshiba optical coupler isolation technology, and supports hot circuit plugging. The power modules also use IPM modules and inverter modules from Infineon. The drive system ensures the industrial door control system operates normally for at least 200,000 cycles.

For non-destructive malfunctions and faults, the system will provide clear direction for inspection and repair. Standard terminals are also equipped, and the entire process is effortless and saves time.
