This transformer winding resistance ohmmeter is the newest instrument for measuring DC resistance of windings of big power transformers. It may measure three windings simultaneously!
There is auto-discharge circuit for operator safety.
For OLTC transformer, there don’t need discharge. Test duration is only one third of those by conventional single-phase DC meter.
