Amino Trimethylene Phosphonic Acid (ATMP)

ApplicationThe ATMP is a phosphonate scale and corrosion inhibitor for metal equipment or piping. It is often associated with other organic acid, poly-carboxylic acid or salt to form organic water treatment agent. The agent is adopted by circulating cooling water systems under a variety of water conditions. It is ideal for water cooling systems and water injection systems of power plants and oil refineries. A dosage of 1-20mg/L is preferred. When used for anti-corrosion purpose, an amount of 20-60mg/L is required.
