The SPS-DH auto precision winding displacement coiling machine uses a precision servo sliding rail to control the winding displacement. Coiling is controlled using a PLC program, whose proprietary technology belongs to Baochong Extrusion. The full servo driving carries our double position coiling, and the machine will carry out the proper coiling and winding displacement speed automatically after inputting the tube OD on the HMI panel. This coiling machine achieves a uniform winding and coiling process, with no cross overs. The coiling speed ranges from 0-100m/minute.
Available coiling speed under a manual smooth roller change: Max 65m/minute.
