The dough divider and rounder is engineered for adjustable dough portions, handling dough balls weighing from 30 to 150 g. Five mold options are available: 30–50 g, 50–70 g, 70–90 g, 90–110 g, and 120–150 g. The dough divider and rounder can process dough with up to 40% water content, but is not suitable for very wet or sticky dough. Divided dough balls are smooth, uniform, and perfectly rounded. Voltage and plug types can be customized to meet local electrical standards.

What flour-to-water ratio is suitable for the dough divider rounder?
The maximum recommended ratio is 1:0.4. The machine is not suitable for high-hydration dough or dough containing sticky ingredients such as butter.
How many molds does the dough divider rounder come with?
One mold is included, and additional molds are available as optional accessories.
Are the dough balls accurately weighed?
The dough divider rounder produces dough balls with a slight weight variation of approximately 1–3 g.
